Online Art Show

The Challenge:
The high school I once went to wanted a poster for their 7th annual art show. It would need to appeal to two different audiences—high school students and adults.

The Approach:
I used triangle shapes to bring a sense of structure and organization to the poster. I filled the shapes with patterns to reflect the colours used in the art on display. I used Granite and Amadeus Regular for my type as they provide a youthful contemporary feel to the work.

What I Did:
I designed the poster first using Illustrator, then I placed everything in InDesign to place the type and the logo.
